We also make a large selection of organic salads, pies, tarts, quiche and pastries. Our pastry is all handmade by our bakers, and we only use 100% butter short pastry or puff pastry. We never buy factory made pastry for our products and we never, ever use margarine!

Chickpea and Lentil with Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette, Lentil and Quinoa with Grated Carrots and Ginger Curry Vinaigrette, Cucumber and Watercress with Feta and Black Olive Vinaigrette, Wheat Berry and Roasted Beet with a Ginger Curry Dressing, Haricot Beans & Corn with Roasted Artichokes & fresh Tarragon-Lemon Dressing

Pies:

Chicken and Shitake mushroom, Aussie mince, beef Bourgingnon, and lamb.

Tarts:

Tomato Provencal with Dijon mustard and Gruyere Cheese, Roasted Pepper with Tapenade and Parmesan, Spinach and Mushroom with Ricotta, Curried Zucchini, Tomato with eggplant and Basil.

We also do frittata, lasagna and moussaka, as well as sausage rolls and breakfast empanadas.
